In SaaS deployments, the automatic triage of alerts and user-reported phishing attempts is available through add-on licenses.

Auto-Triage features require an add-on license, which you can request from your sales representative; trial licenses are also offered for evaluation. In on-premises deployments, Alert Auto Triage is available through the Early Access Program—contact your Customer Success representative to enroll. On-premises deployments also require outbound connectivity from the deployment to the Stellar Cyber cloud AI services; for details, see AI Processing and Data Flow.
