Accessing the Stellar Cyber Platform On-Premises

First complete the Data Processor installation guide for your environment, including the required node roles, storage, and license activation. Follow that guide's sequence: some deployment methods apply the one-time password (OTP) before the web login step.

Log in for the first time

Open a web browser on a computer that can reach the management network.
Open https://<management-IP-or-FQDN> using the management address specified by your installation guide. In the Proxmox cluster procedure, this is the Data Lake Master's management address.
For a new installation using the factory defaults, enter admin as the web username and changeme as the password. If the credentials have already been changed, use the credentials established during deployment.

Change your initial password

The Stellar Cyber Platform requires a password change for accounts using the default changeme password. Follow the prompts to set a new password and complete the displayed login steps.

The console account (aella) and web administrator account (admin) are separate. Changing one account's password does not replace the required password change for the other.

Continue setup

Select the question mark Help icon in the top-right menu bar, then Knowledge Base Home, to open the full on-premises Knowledge Base.

DP installation and login do not complete data collection setup. Continue with the required receiver and sensor-profile configuration in the full Knowledge Base before adding data sources. See Continuing Setup.

After completing the required deployment steps and logging in to the Stellar Cyber Platform, select Help > Knowledge Base Home to continue administrative and data collection setup in the full Knowledge Base.
