Accessing the Stellar Cyber Platform for SaaS

Your organization receives access instructions when the Stellar Cyber Platform is provisioned. Use the URL supplied for your organization.

Find your Stellar Cyber welcome invitation. If it is missing, check your spam or quarantine folder and contact your Stellar Cyber representative.
Follow the invitation link and complete the registration steps presented to you, including setting your password when requested. Follow the instructions supplied for your organization if account setup differs.
Open the supplied Stellar Cyber Platform URL and log in with your account. Complete any single sign-on or two-factor authentication prompts that apply.
Bookmark the supplied URL for subsequent logins.

Continue setup

Select the question mark Help icon in the top-right menu bar, then Knowledge Base Home, to open the full SaaS Knowledge Base. See Continuing Setup for the administrative and data collection tasks that follow.

After completing the required deployment steps and logging in to the Stellar Cyber Platform, select Help > Knowledge Base Home to continue administrative and data collection setup in the full Knowledge Base.
